Today we’re getting to know Jayna Voss. Jayna is a co-founder and attorney at Legacy Law Firm in Sioux Falls, SD. Jayna has always been surrounded by agriculture, growing up in Wessington, SD she had many relatives who farmed. Her parents still live on the farm that has had such a large impact on her life.
Jayna got involved with the Stockyards Ag Experience through an invitation from previous board member and friend, Tim Schut. “It is exciting to be part of a board that focuses on something that is so vital to both South Dakota’s identity and economy,” She said.
Jayna is excited to see what the future holds for the Stockyards Ag Experience, from the different exhibits to help tell the story of Agriculture to the proposed Falls Park expansion.
To Jayna our mission of connecting agriculture to our lives daily can be witnessed everyday, “Ag is so important to our state but the pandemic and drought have shown just how important agriculture is to the overall US economy and consumers’ daily lives”.
