The Sculpturewalk 2013 people’s choice winner, “The Farmer” by artist Larry Starck will be displayed north of the Stockyards Ag Experience Barn. Sioux Falls City Council approved the placement of the sculpture at is July 5 meeting after recommendations from the Sioux Falls Visual Arts Commission and Sioux Falls Parks and Recreations Board.
